Donations & Sponsorship

Vital Connection is a “not for profit” organisation with:

• all soup kitchen work undertaken by volunteers, while
• revitalization ,recuperation and rehabilitation programs, once maturely operational are anticipated to need salary staff.
  

Generally expenses, whether operational; or capital in nature are met from donations of individuals and organisation. Some expenses however are met from previously organised grants.

Vital connection operates under the auspices of ADRA Australia, which is an internationally recognised welfare agency with Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) status in Australia. There for donations over $2 to Vital Connection are tax deductable.

The recent trend of some private enterprise companies being willing to share part of their profits with the disadvantaged of our society is a very positive and encouraging sign, but more assistance is always required to ensure that the services planned can be provided on a truly sustainable long-term basis.
